When
you make a decision to change your life for the better, it is very
important to get support from a person or people who will encourage you
in that process, challenge you to be your best, and help you overcome
the obstacles.
Selecting a
professional to help you in that process—whether the process is through
psychotherapy, personal or business coaching or a class or workshop—may
be one of the most important decisions you can make.
I want you to have as much information as you will need to make that
important decision in an informed way. If you don’t find the answers to
your questions, I hope you will call (865) 983-7544 or email Linda@InnerResourceCenter.com.
“The core of what I do that's different from others lies in my ability to guide my clients
to stretch to bigger and better—beyond ordinary to magnificent—in a short period of time.”
- Linda Pucci
About Linda Pucci
Several
years ago I made some huge life changes. Although I was successful as a
psychologist and owner of a mental health/alcohol and drug treatment
clinic, my life was out of balance. I worked hard to build the business
and to help others heal, but I didn’t pay attention to myself. I found
that I was alienated from myself and from those I cared about the most.
I found myself thinking about the future, and I realized that I was
postponing living for being successful. I decided to make changes.
That was the first step in an adventure that has been exciting and that
I’m thoroughly enjoying. I moved across country to East Tennessee, and
started up again, eventually building two new successful businesses.
I own The Inner Resource Center and specialize helping people transform
their lives and businesses. Trained as a psychologist, I’ve worked for
almost 30 years helping people change
As a life coach, psychologist and trainer, I help my clients uncover
their special talents and gifts (their internal and external resources)
to utilize in creating a MAGNIFICENT LIFE. I believe that all people
carry within themselves the capacity for living a truly fulfilling
life, and that we all have within ourselves resources and capabilities
for solving our life’s challenges. It is from this belief that The
Inner Resource Center was born.
My Mission and Philosophy
My
life mission is to live in a way that promotes growth in myself and
others. My intention is to live my life with integrity, consistent with
my values. I want to use my skills and talents to help others move
quickly beyond any obstacles toward being the best human being they can
be, just as I work to become the best human being I can be. I’m
committed to personal change--it’s one of my core values. As a result,
I encourage others to share my enthusiasm for growth and change. I
believe that you can accomplish anything with the right "tools."
Helping others develop their internal and external resources and reach
higher than they had dreamed possible is the most fulfilling career I
can imagine!
My Abilities and Skills for Facilitating Change
I
bring to my coaching and therapy practice almost 30 years of experience
helping people change. Since I was trained initially as a psychologist,
I know how to help people make radical changes in their lives. Along
the way I’ve learned techniques and approaches to fit just about
anyone’s style of learning. I bring a wealth of SKILLS and ABILITIES
about the PROCESS of FACILITATING CHANGE. These skills include
neurolinguistic programming (also sometimes referred to as NLP or
neuroassociative learning), Time Line Therapy® to overcome limiting
beliefs and obstacles, and several other solution focused techniques to
tap into YOUR own knowledge. One of my greatest strengths is my ability
to take action and move forward. I’m told I also inspire that in
others. I know how to break overwhelming tasks into manageable steps,
and can help you do the same.

Location
The
Inner Resource Center is located just outside of Maryville, Tennessee,
about 30 miles south of Knoxville. We are located in the foothills of
the Smoky Mountains which is one of the prettiest places I’ve ever
lived.
I built my office on my farm—Hold Your Horses Farm—at 202 River Ford
Road, Maryville, TN 37804. If you come for sessions in person, you’ll
be able to enjoy the beautiful view I have of the Smoky Mountains, and
watch the horses grazing in the pasture. The setting is designed to
help you connect with yourself and give you the space to bring about
the changes you want.
If you come for a workshop or Breakthrough Sessions, I can give you
suggestions for places to stay in or near the mountains and close to my
office.
